How to Earn CreditsYou earn credits by passing each semester (60% is passing). Grades are calculated using the formula below.
40% 40% 20% Q1(.4) + Q2(.4) + Final(.2) = Semester Grade What happens if I fail a course (S1 or S2)? You will need to retake that semester if it is needed for graduation or if the overall credit is needed to meet the 48 credit minimum. This may include Summer School. Important Testing Information
HOW DO I TAKE CLASSES THROUGH Dual Enrollment?Dual enrollment is an option you can sign up for during the normal scheduling window. Once you indicate you are interested in DE, the counselor will assist you in the enrollment process from there. Much more information can be found in the Course Description Book.

WHAT ARE AP COURSES?AP stands for Advanced Placement. This is a great way for students to get a feel for a college classroom. There is a test given in May each year, in which universities will award credit for high scores.
